At Maison KAMII , we place particular importance on hygiene, quality, and customer satisfaction. As our products come into direct contact with the scalp, they are considered hygiene products and are subject to specific conditions detailed below.

1. Products concerned

 

The following items are considered direct contact hygiene products :

  • Wigs

  • Bundles (packs of wicks)

For obvious hygiene and safety reasons, these products cannot be put back on sale after use or handling.

2. General principle: non-refundable

 

Maison KAMII products are non-refundable .

No refund will be given if the product has been:

  • Worn or tried on

  • Lace cut or modified

  • Manipulated in a visible way

  • Exposed to an odor (perfume, smoke, cosmetics, etc.)

  • Showing traces of makeup, glue, styling products, hair products, etc.

Any item that does not meet these criteria will be automatically rejected.

3. Exchange possible under certain conditions

 

An exchange is possible within 14 calendar days of receiving the package , only if the product is:

  • Completely intact

  • Not worn

  • Unmodified (lace not cut)

  • Unwashed

  • Unstyled

  • Kept in its original sealed packaging

All requests must be made by email before returning the product.

No returns spontaneous will be accepted without prior validation.

4. Procedure & Quality Control

 

Upon receipt at the Maison KAMII warehouse:

  • The product undergoes a thorough quality inspection.

  • A validation process is carried out before the exchange is accepted.

  • If the product does not meet the conditions, it will be returned to the customer.

The decision of the quality department is final.

5. Return costs

 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exception:
If the error originates from Maison KAMII (wrong reference sent, defective product confirmed), the costs will be fully covered.

6. Defective product or incorrect reference

 

In the event of:

  • Product with a proven defect

  • Reference error attributable to Maison KAMII

A priority replacement will be offered after validation by our quality department.

Photos and/or videos may be requested to expedite processing.
